Apparently, there are rules and guidelines to what is acceptable and unacceptable when it comes to being Politically Incorrect.

I call it the Scapegoat Syndrome.

Find something bad someone said, then NEVER let them live it down.

This process allows for those who are repressed to both live vicariously through the poor sap who said something daring, while bonding with their fellow man by condemning the outspoken individual.

Kind of how the Taliban bonds with it's own neighbor by blaming America for everything.
